Our team replies personally in this website. Sign-in uses your existing Shopify customer account. ROCK CURRENT stores your Shopify customer identifier, message text, selected product references and timestamps on its Tencent Cloud server so you and authorized staff can resume the conversation across devices. A private session cookie maintains sign-in; unsent drafts may be held temporarily in this browser tab. Chat content is not sent to website analytics. No payment-card information is collected in chat. To request access or removal of a conversation, contact yuanwaiqi@gmail.com. Signing out here immediately ends this website session. When available, we also try to sign you out of Shopify; if Shopify remains signed in on a shared device, sign out there separately. Signing out on Shopify may not immediately end an existing session on this website.
Email yuanwaiqi@gmail.com. We use the contact details and information you send to handle your enquiry; replies may not be immediate. Contact us at the same address for access, correction or deletion requests. Your confirmed order, shipping and return terms remain unchanged.
When support email alerts are configured, we obtain your email address from your authenticated Shopify customer account and store it encrypted on our Tencent Cloud server for up to one year. We use Resend to send brief new-message notifications to our team and reply notifications to you. The email does not include chat text, product selections or order details. A browser alert is optional and requires your browser permission. You can request removal of the saved address at yuanwaiqi@gmail.com.
If you send photos to support, we convert JPG, PNG or WebP files to a smaller WebP copy and remove embedded metadata. Photos are kept privately on our Tencent Cloud server with the conversation and can be opened only by the signed-in customer or authorized staff. Unsent uploads expire after one day; request removal of sent photos using the support email above.
At sign-in, we may save a brief snapshot of up to 20 recent orders from your verified Shopify account so you can attach one to a support message. The snapshot holds only the order identifier, number, date and payment status; it is refreshed when you sign in again and expires after 30 days. Orders you attach remain with the conversation.
When signed in, your cart item identifiers and quantities are saved to your verified account on our Tencent Cloud server and can sync across devices. A separate browser cart is merged only if you choose to merge it. Prices, inventory and delivery are checked again at checkout.
Checkout privacy supplement · 8 September 2026
For a purchase, your selected SKUs, quantities, name and delivery address are sent through our Tencent Cloud server in the United States to Shopify to confirm shipping, tax and checkout. Payment details are entered on Shopify or your payment provider, not collected by this website. This order flow is separate from the newsletter information described below.
An essential secure cookie lasts up to 30 days and helps prevent duplicate checkout requests. We store hashed session identifiers, request hashes, order amounts, Shopify draft/order identifiers and payment status for reconciliation, security and customer support. We do not retain the full shipping address in our checkout database. Order and contact information remain in Shopify under the privacy policy linked at checkout. Security rate-limit records are time-limited; payment records are retained as needed for support, returns and applicable obligations. Contact yuanwaiqi@gmail.com for access, correction or deletion requests.
What we collect
When you join Field Dispatch, we store your encrypted email address, language, confirmation status and delivery status. A hidden anti-spam field may reject automated submissions. We do not ask for a name, fishing location or product purchase history.
Where it goes
New subscriptions are stored privately on our Tencent Cloud server. Resend sends the confirmation message and, after you confirm, occasional Field Dispatch emails. Earlier interest-only records in Cloudflare D1 are not automatically enrolled.
Measurement
Our first-party analytics records public page paths, views, active foreground time, page scroll depth, visible section exposure and product add-to-cart/checkout-navigation events on our own Tencent Cloud server. Checkout navigation is not proof of payment. A random browser identifier stays in this browser for up to 35 days; the server stores only a day-specific hash for 35 days and daily totals for up to 365 days. We do not add email addresses, names, IP addresses, form text, URL parameters or fishing locations to this data. The independent browser-device count is an estimate, not a count of people.
Consent and choice
You must confirm by email before receiving Field Dispatch. Every dispatch includes an unsubscribe link. You can browse without subscribing; analytics failure never blocks reading or navigation.
Retention and requests
Submission records are retained while they are needed for consent, delivery, troubleshooting and legal obligations, then removed or anonymized. You may request access, correction or deletion through the contact published in the footer. Until the formal domain is connected, no placeholder email is displayed.
Changes
This notice is version 2026-09-30. Material changes will be dated here and, when appropriate, explained in Field Dispatch before they take effect.
